“National high-tech zones will be further opened up. Diverse forms of cooperation will be encouraged between these zones and foreign counterparts, to better integrate them into international industrial and supply chains.” Premier Li Keqiang.
Lanzhou High-tech Zone has been transformed from a wasteland to a vibrant new city by pioneers, pathfinders, business groups, scientists, researchers, and builders. With dynamics and enthusiasm, they remarkably made this place a “cradle of dreams” for many dreamers.
Lanzhou-Baiyin Innovation Demonstration Zone was approved by the State Council in 2018. It is the first national independent innovation demonstration zone in Northwest China to cultivate a good innovation and entrepreneurship environment.
In 2019, there were over 15000 enterprises forming the industrial ecosystem on new materials, electronic information, biomedicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, advanced manufacturing and modern service industry.
The Lanzhou High Tech Industrial Development Zone is spread in five locations
Yantan Park
Headquarters of the Zone, focused on technology research and development, software development, cultural creativity and modern service industries.
Dinglian Park
Hub for biomedicine, electronic information, high-end manufacturing, technology research and development, business incubation and modern service industries.
